Caged Steel returns to Doncaster Dome on Saturday 4th July 2026 with another huge night of live MMA, Caged Boxing and Kickboxing.
Whether you’re a long-time combat sports fan or completely new to MMA, Caged Steel 43 is shaping up to be one of the biggest summer combat sports events in the UK.
The event will feature professional and amateur athletes from across England, Iceland, Pakistan, Ukraine, Brazil and beyond, all competing inside the orange cage in front of a packed Doncaster crowd.
If you’re new to MMA, don’t worry. Below is a breakdown of the fights announced so far and the fighters you’ll be seeing live on fight night. People are already making their Fight Card predictions here. The announcements are not in fight card order.
This is a Professional MMA Super Lightweight title fight at 74.8kg.
Paulo Oliveira brings huge professional experience with a 17-12-1 record and represents Brazil. Standing opposite him is Faz Ali, fighting out of Round House MMA in Manchester with an 8-2 record and representing British and Pakistani heritage.
This is a major fight for the CS43 card over 3×5 minute rounds for the title.
Vitalii ‘S.O.G’ Korshak returns to defend his belt once again, representing Ukraine and fighting out of Iceland’s RVK MMA. Undefeated and already a familiar face to Caged Steel fans, Korshak has built a reputation for his composed approach, technical ability and relentless work ethic inside the cage.
Standing opposite him is Manchester’s Jack Cragg from Advanced Basics MMA. Cragg enters the bout with a solid 5-5 record and plenty of experience against tough opposition. Known for his grit and willingness to test himself, he’ll be looking to travel to Doncaster and take the title home.
With a championship on the line and two determined athletes stepping into the cage, this lightweight title fight has all the ingredients to be one of the standout fight of Caged Steel 43.
This amateur featherweight contest features two rising prospects looking to preserve their unbeaten records. Representing Sheffield Shootfighters, Abdul Bhai enters the bout with a perfect 1-0 record. Fighting out of Sheffield, Bhai made a successful start to his amateur MMA career and will be eager to build momentum with another victory on the Caged Steel stage.
Standing opposite him is Kai Rowe from MMA Academy Liverpool. Rowe arrives with an unbeaten 2-0 record and has already shown plenty of promise early in his amateur career. With confidence growing after back-to-back wins, he’ll be looking to make it three in a row.
When unbeaten fighters meet, something has to give. Expect a competitive featherweight battle between two athletes determined to take the next step in their MMA journey.
The English bantamweight title is on the line. Liverpool’s Yufuf Al Jarani from MMA Academy Liverpool will aim to continue his undefeated streak. He’s stepped up to fight Sunderland’s Liam Hardy. Bantamweight fights always deliver fast pace and excitement from the go. Both athletes are here to make a statement and leave with the vacant Caged Steel English title.

This light heavyweight contest has major implications for the division, with the winner likely earning a title shot on a future Caged Steel event later this year.
Gabriel Bell returns for his fourth appearance inside the Caged Steel cage. Fighting out of Sheffield Shootfighters and representing Sheffield, Bell has become a familiar face to Caged Steel fans. Last seen in action at Caged Steel 42 in March 2026, he enters this bout with a solid 4-3 record and will be looking to continue his climb towards championship contention.
Standing across from him is Birmingham-based Eli ‘Dynamite’ Da Silva. Originally from Lisbon, Portugal, Da Silva fights out of MAC MMA and arrives on Caged Steel for the first time with an impressive 4-2 record. Known for his aggressive approach and finishing mentality, he will be determined to make an immediate impact on his debut.
With two ambitious light heavyweights battling for a potential title opportunity, expect a high-stakes contest where neither man can afford to take a step backwards.
This is an Amateur MMA Heavyweight bout at 120kg.
Mahdi Zoodashna represents Round House MMA with a 3-1 record from Manchester. Muhammed Al Mahi represents Parabellum MMA with an impressive 6-1 record from Birmingham.

Ramzi Braiek returns in an Amateur MMA Lightweight bout at 70.3kg with same day weigh-ins.
Doncaster’s Braiek represents HD Performance Centre and holds a 1-0 record following a sensational debut. Grimsby’s Yahya Mazel holds a 3-2 record and steps in to replace Ramzi’s previous opponent. This is Yahya’s third Caged Steel appearance.
Two prospects in MMA prepare for war.
Doncaster’s Brent Preen, training out of Precision Boxing Academy in Gainsborough, is set to make his Caged Steel debut. Currently holding a 3-1 record, he faces Luke Mould from Sunderland Spartans MMA, who brings an identical 3-1 record to the cage. This Welterweight (77.1KG) contest will take place over three two-minute rounds, with weigh-ins held on the day of the event.

Christian Knight from Manchester takes on Andy Baker in a Professional MMA Super Middleweight catchweight bout at 80kg.
Knight represents Round House MMA and makes his professional debut. From Coventry, Baker returns to Caged Steel with a 1-0 professional record following a dominating performance, representing Parabellum Fight Club and Renegade Jiu Jitsu.
This amateur bantamweight contest takes place at 61.2kg. Making their Caged Steel debuts, both athletes will be eager to make a statement on one of the UK’s most exciting combat sports stages. Representing Pakistan and fighting out of London’s Fight City Gym, Danyal Azam enters the bout with a balanced 2-2 record and valuable cage experience.
Standing opposite him is Joe Prior from Sunderland’s Spartan MMA. Prior also brings experience into the contest with a 2-3 record and will be looking to secure an important win on his first appearance under the Caged Steel banner.
With both fighters making their debut and looking to build momentum in the amateur ranks, expect a competitive contest between two athletes determined to leave Doncaster with their hand raised.
These two are no strangers to the Caged Steel orange cage. Prepare for a well matched technical Caged Boxing bout between Caged Steel veteran Matt ‘The White Kimbo’ Pepper and Duane Smith. Matt has fought Caged Kickboxing, Amateur MMA, Professional MMA, Caged Boxing and returns to fight Caged Boxing in 4oz MMA gloves. He recently became the Caged Steel Champion at a heavier weight against UK’s well known Brad Benecke.
Matt now fights at a lighter weight against Duane. Duanes another legend in UK unlicensed boxing. Known for knockout power, he’s a durable, experienced and knows how to entertain a crowd.

Ash Shemeld returns following a viral knockout, in an Amateur MMA Welterweight bout at 77.1kg.
Manchester’s, Ash Shemeld, from Advanced Basics MMA, enters with a 2-2 record. This is his 3rd Caged Steel appearance. Harry Price from Halesowen near Birmingham makes his debut on Caged Steel, representing MAC MMA with a 3-2 record.
Both men are looking to build momentum in a competitive division, making a dangerous name for themselves, with their eye on the Caged Steel Welterweight title in the future.
Both athletes return for an amateur lightweight MMA contest over 3×3 minute rounds.
With a background in boxing, Joshua Gleeson from Barnsley’s Submission MMA will be looking to secure his first MMA victory and show the improvements he’s made since his debut, while Tamas from Grimsby’s Fight Ministry Humberston, arrives with a winning record and growing confidence.

Making his competitive debut, Callum Roke from Spartans MMA steps into the cage looking to make an immediate impact against Rotherham’s Joshua Kay, in an amateur Caged Kickboxing (K1) middleweight contest.
Kay from Owens Muay Thai based in Doncaster, already has a win on his record from his Caged Steel 42 debut and returns to Caged Steel with valuable experience on his side. Manchester Fight Club’s Jordan Battel and Brandon “Juggernaut” Jackson from Owen’s Muay Thai – meet in what promises to be an entertaining amateur Caged Kickboxing (K1) contest at Caged Steel 43.
Both fighters will be looking to make a statement and showcase their all round striking skills on our orange canvas at Doncaster Dome. We’ve seen both athletes multiple times on Caged Steel. Jordans fought Professional MMA, and Caged Boxing. While Brandon has fought Caged Boxing and worked his way up to achieved the Caged Steel title. They both transition to Caged Kickboxing, despite their boxing background.
With K1 rules encouraging fast-paced action and powerful exchanges, fans can expect plenty of exciting moments. For both athletes, this is an opportunity to build momentum and leave a lasting impression on the Caged Steel audience.
El Salvador’s Yonatan Francisco returns to Caged Steel for the seventh time as he prepares for the most significant milestone of his combat sports career. Based in Reykjavík and fighting out of RVK MMA, Francisco has previously showcased his versatility in both Caged Kickboxing and Amateur MMA. Now, he officially enters the professional ranks, making his Featherweight (65.8kg) debut.
Welcoming him to the professional stage is Shahram Hotak of Birmingham’s Fearless MMA. Despite a 1-2 professional record, Hotak is a gritty competitor known for his resilience and willingness to take on the toughest challenges. Francisco returns to the cage following a one-year hiatus since his submission victory at Caged Steel 40, ready to test himself over three five-minute rounds in this high-stakes new chapter.

Caged Steel is proud to welcome back Cody Pepper for his second appearance inside the cage. Representing Scunthorpe’s Kingdom Boxing Academy, Cody is an experienced athlete with a professional record of six wins and three losses. Known for his speed, strength, and explosive style, he is a true crowd-pleaser who always delivers a show. In a rare and special moment for the sport, Cody will once again compete on the same card as his father, Matt Pepper—a unique experience shared by very few father-and-son duos.
Cody is set to face his toughest challenge to date in Connor Wales. A well-established name on the UK circuit with international experience, Connor brings a fighting style remarkably similar to Cody’s. This stylistic mirror match promises to be an incredibly high-paced and captivating encounter.

Brad, representing Dutton’s Gym, returns to Caged Steel after several standout performances on our signature orange canvas. Renowned for his “steel chin” and exciting fighting style, Brad is a competitor who consistently delivers under pressure, possessing the rare ability to absorb punishment and return it with interest.
Making his promotional debut is Owen, fighting out of Scunthorpe and the Kingdom Boxing Academy. An experienced athlete within the unlicensed boxing scene, Owen views Brad as a legend of the sport and is eager to test his skills in this highly anticipated matchup.
This Caged Boxing middleweight contest takes place at 85kg and sees two familiar faces return to the Caged Steel stage. Representing Romania and fighting out of Bateman MMA in Grimsby, Alex Cioana makes his long-awaited return to Caged Steel. Fans may remember Alex from Caged Steel 33, where he competed under MMA rules. Holding a 3-4 record, he’s now stepping into the Caged Boxing ranks and looking to showcase a different side of his game.
Standing opposite him is Scunthorpe’s Steve Cleary from The Kingdom Boxing Academy. Cleary returns to Caged Steel for the first time since Caged Steel 36 and brings a strong 8-2 boxing record into the contest. With years of experience in the boxing ring, he’ll be looking to use his sharp striking skills to make a successful return.
Both athletes have spent time away from the Caged Steel spotlight, making this an intriguing matchup between two returning competitors eager to remind fans exactly what they’re capable of.
