Ryan Scope (10-4-0) will headline Caged Steel 40 on Saturday 5th July at Doncaster Dome, marking a powerful return to the cage to face the undefeated Icelandic Welterweight Champion, Aron Leo.
With global experience fighting under Bellator, BAMMA, and ACB, Ryan is known for his high fight IQ, relentless pressure, and dangerous mix of boxing and jiu-jitsu. He’s been training in martial arts since the age of 5, and after over 20 years in the sport, he’s not done yet.
Now based out of North East Jiu-Jitsu, Ryan trains alongside world-class talent, the likes of Ellis Younger (BJJ World Champion).
But this fight goes beyond sport. After battling addiction, Ryan is using MMA as a driving force in rebuilding his life. His comeback is about resilience, second chances, and doing what he loves with purpose.
