Ramzi Braiek is 24 years old and ready to make his mark on Caged Steel.
Fighting out of Doncaster, Ramzi has been training seriously for the past two years. Like many fighters, it started with watching the UFC on TV. He had previously tried boxing and decided to give MMA a go. Once he stepped into the gym, he didn’t look back.
“I just loved it,” he says. “Ever since I started, I’ve stuck at it.”
When asked how he would describe his style, Ramzi doesn’t hesitate. “Aggressive. I come out fast. I don’t like messing about. I want to put on a show and go at it.”
Fans can expect high energy from the opening bell. He isn’t there to play it safe. He wants action. “Definitely fireworks,” he says. “I’ll put on a show. You won’t be disappointed.”
Ramzi understands that his opponent is believed to have a wrestling background. For him, that makes the matchup even better.
“I’ve heard he’s a wrestler. I don’t know much more, but it’s a good test for a first one. A good mix of styles.”
Confident in his all-round ability, Ramzi sees this as the right challenge at the right time.
“I’m good all round. It’s a good test to go out there and prove it.”
