From South Shields, fighting out of TFT MMA and MTK Newcastle – Pro MMA Fighter, coming off a victory on our last Caged Steel show against his next opponents team mate. We think Will is going for the ‘Viking Slayer’ nickname. Gibson’s composed, technical and sharp under pressure. Will doesn’t waste shots. He reads, reacts and picks moments. He’s more of a wrestler/grappler which makes his upcoming battle exciting. Will is looking to go 2-2 against Icelands, Jhoan Salinas – who also favours his wrestling. We’re interested to see where this fight goes. We think the fight will go everywhere and you’re going to get a true mix of MMA.
Debuting on Caged Steel for the first time – Aged 35 from Thorngumbald. “Handy Andy” brings experience and creativity. A landscape gardener by trade and martial arts coach, he sees fighting as an art form. Expect variety, confidence and a fighter who genuinely wants to put on a show. Andy fights out of Beverley Combat Academy under his coach Sam Wilkinson. Yeomans is an amateur MMA fighter looking to go 2-2 against Alex Tamas from Grimsby – a Caged Steel regular making his 4th appearance with us.Â
Making his second Caged Steel appearance. From Manchester, Aged 26. Kickboxing background, Amateur MMA fighter. Aggressive. High output. Always moving forward. Fighting out of Advanced Basics MMA Gym, Ash throws in volume and doesn’t wait around. If there’s space to trade, he’ll take it. Set to fight Lincoln’s Jamie Stinton. With this fight, we predict that you’re in for a great striking battle. Jamie mirrors Ash’s fight style. Despite where these guys are in their MMA career, this has everything to be fight of the night.
From Scotland, fighting out of Progress Martial Arts. Height 188cm. Strong, driven and composed. Comfortable both in kicking range and boxing range, loves the Japanese k1 style. He’s also a big Rangers fan, loves House music, Techno, Rap pretty much anything apart from country. Set to fight Joshua Kay from Rotherham. Both guy’s fighting on Caged Steel for the first time. Josh is more familiar with Caged Steel as he’s a former Caged Steel sponsor – now fighter! Expect big shots thrown in this Middleweight fight. We can’t wait for it.
Aged 25, height 172cm, from Birkenhead, Merseyside – looking to get his first MMA victory. Raisi is focused, disciplined and building momentum. He brings physicality and a serious mindset to every contest. Fighting out of HAMMA Academy, set to fight Ramzi Braiek from HD Performance Center in Doncaster.
