Proud Sponsors of Doncaster Business Community Cup
We’re pleased to announce that Caged Steel has joined Doncaster Business for the Community (DB4C) as a brand new sponsor of the Doncaster Business Community Cup. Sharing similar values in offering a superb experience for customers, charity work and the great game of Football, we’re proud to show our respect for the volunteers who give their time to help raise money for DB4C’s local partnering charities.
Anthony Temperton – Trustee and Director of DB4C announced, “A big welcome to Caged Steel, the final sponsor of the DB4C Cup. We’re proud to have an overwhelming amount of support for the event in such a short space of time from businesses. It’s great to have you with us sponsoring the official training kit.
An exciting game is soon to commence, as the teams work hard in training 12 weeks in advance to put on a highly competitive match. Let us not forget that all team members are volunteers – including Caged Steel CEO Dominic Gibbs – and have a joint aim in raising thousands for our charity partners. The causes they fight and raise money for are amazing.”
Dominic Gibbs Caged Steel CEO also commented, “Ourselves and DB4C share a joint commitment to supporting the charities in the communities in which we work and we’re very pleased to be supporting the Cup by becoming a sponsor. I’d like to wish both teams good luck for the upcoming game May 31st, and I hope some of our Caged Steel fans can get down to the match to cheer them on.”
The match between the Business All Stars and the Commercial Legends is set to take place, Friday 31st May at the Keepmoat Stadium in Doncaster. Kick off is at 6:45pm.
They are a unique and groundbreaking charity that work exclusively to raise funds for local charities and do this by hosting various sporting events involving members of the towns business community. With the support of you, their sponsors and of course the support and time of their volunteer players, DB4C wish to raise £7000 for local charities this year.
Their chosen charities this year are; Children’s Air Ambulance, based out of Doncaster Sheffield Airport and Doncaster Disabled Peoples Alliance.
